Generosity Book Drive

10/15/2016 to 03/15/2017
Bay Area CA

We are working with the African Library Project to provide books to eager readers in Africa who have very few books. Please help us by collecting and delivering gently used books or by raising money to help pay for shipping to Africa. It takes only 1000 books and $500 (plus a little elbow grease!) to start a single library and make a huge difference in children’s lives.

This book drive is organized by ...

We are a group of friends who care deeply about literacy for all kids.

A lot of children do not have the same privileged life that you do. Be grateful for what we have, and maybe help someone with a less fortunate life. These African children do not get a great education due to lack of books and money. If you can donate at least a few bucks, that will be greatly appreciated by the children on the receiving end.

Thank you to everyone that contributed to the cause. Keep up your generosity.
